Marketing Approach & Solution

  • Mercury developed the “Plug-In-2-Win” online merchandise catalog to encourage employees to achieve milestone goals within a specified time frame.
  • Varying rewards levels were established, giving employees the opportunity to earn more expensive reward items as each additional goal is met.

Results

  • 100% of the Flagstar employee participants reached all the specified goal levels.
  • Employee morale increased with the chance to earn more attractive merchandise as each goal was achieved.
  • Online platform enabled Flagstar to quickly and easily track goals met by regional branch and individual employees.
