  • Mercury assembles software display boxes received from each vendor, applies ‘not for resale’ decals, and kit packs all items according to planogram:
    • Complete with display instructions insert into a single master shipping carton, for consolidated delivery to each OfficeMax store location.

Results

  • Freight savings are shared by all software vendors, each store receives one package, and all replacement packages are ordered from a single source.
