  • To help drive sales, Discover Network provides their Merchants with free signage and other point-of-purchase materials to promote awareness that Discover Card is accepted at their place of business.
  • Current traditional Return Postcard Mailer format for Merchants to accept/request signage requires manual fulfillment/reporting process for Discover, often resulting in duplication.

Marketing Approach & Solution

  • Mercury developed a Discover POS webstore platform in less than 30 days to support and enhance the traditional direct mail program.
    • Mailer directs Merchants to webstore to view the available selection of free signage.
    • Merchants enter unique promotion code at login from which all orders are tracked, verified and fulfilled.
  • Online account simplifies repeat order process for Merchants and enables real-time inventory management and user reporting functionality for Discover.
  • Mercury Fulfillment Team provides order fulfillment including:   Inventory Management, Reporting, Billing and Customer Service.
